What this covers
This page explains what we collect when you request a free AI voice agent at custom-solutions.store, what we do with it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
What you give us: your website address, your business name and your email address, plus the time you submitted and which ad you arrived from.
What the demo page records: when your demo page is opened, when a conversation with the agent is started, and when the install link is clicked — with the browser type. No recording of your voice is stored by us.
Email delivery events: whether the email we send you was delivered and opened (provided by our email service).
Advertising measurement, in your browser: a Meta (Facebook) pixel on this site sets cookies and records a page view and a form submission so we can measure our ads.
Advertising measurement, from our server: when you submit the form, our server also sends Meta that form submission directly, so it is counted even if your browser blocks the pixel. It includes your email address in hashed form (a one-way code Meta can match to an account; the address itself is not sent), your IP address, your browser type, Meta's click and browser identifiers, and two yes/no labels: whether your email is from a free email provider, and whether its domain matches your website. We also store Meta's two identifiers as cookies on this site for up to 90 days. Meta's own privacy policy governs what it does with this data.

How your voice agent is built
We build the agent only from the public content of the website you give us — pages anyone can visit. We do not access anything behind a login. The agent is built and hosted with ElevenLabs, whose systems process the conversations people have with it; those conversations are handled under ElevenLabs' terms and privacy policy. The demo page is hosted on Netlify; email is sent with Resend and answered from Google Workspace.
What we do with it
Build your voice agent and email you the link to it.
Contact you about that agent — including that it comes down after its live window, and the offer to install it on your website.
Measure how our funnel performs, in aggregate.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a newsletter. If your business is already in one of our other outreach lists, a request here means we contact you about the agent only.
How long the demo lives, and how long we keep data
Your demo agent and its page are live for 7 days from delivery, then removed — unless you ask us to install it on your website. Your submission details are kept for up to 12 months so we can answer questions about your request, then deleted. Ask sooner and we delete sooner.
Your choices
Email theo@custom-solutions.store to see what we hold about you, to have your demo taken down early, or to have everything deleted. We do it by hand and confirm when it's done.
To stop Meta using your activity on this site for ads, turn it off under Your activity off Meta technologies in Meta's Accounts Center, or block cookies in your browser. The form works either way.
About the AI
The voice agent is an AI. It is an independent demonstration — not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the business whose website it was built from — and it is designed to say only what that website says. Where it doesn't know, it should say so and point you to the business directly.
